The ballistic covert vest, protection class 1 (SK1) is used to provide the wearer class 1 ballistic protection (SK1 according to TR "Ballistische Westen“ as of March 2008). The ventilation shirt transports body moisture away from the body within the protected area of the vest.

Both elements can be worn independently from each other; but maximum protection and comfort is obtained only by a combination of both.

The ventilation shirt is used to provide the wearer an even body climate, a passive ballistic protection and to reduce the trauma values considerably.
