There are two different types of repair patches available
Type 1 is applied from the inside to the protective layer.
Type 2 is applied from the outside to the protective layer. After repairing the tear on the liner, a tear on the shell fabric will be fixed by Duct tape.
In order to ensure that the user is still protected against chemical agents, a test with Mustard agent was conducted directly on the patches.
The results prove that the level of protection is not reduced after the application of a repair patch:

Each protective garment includes one repair kit. A short description ensures the correct application of the patches.
